Financing
AmLaw Consulting assists its clients in securing debt financing and private equity funds for domestic and overseas investments as well as export financing expanding into new markets. AmLaw is an approved originator of OPIC, the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. As such, AmLaw has been approved by OPIC to assist borrowers in structuring transactions and preparing and presenting business plans and applications packages to OPIC, thereby expediting the underwriting and approval process. Although OPIC's financing and insurance services are available only to U.S. entities, foreign firms with significant involvement from a U.S. company acting as an investor, licensor, or other material capacity could possibly qualify for financing or other guarantees from OPIC.
